So my lil sis moved to Cali couple months ago and I'm missing her like crazy. Growning up we didn't get along at all because she was 9 years younger than me. My mom used to make me take her everywhere with me and I hated it, I think it was because I felt like I was babysitting all the time lol. I got married when she was 10 so we never really got to bond like most sister do. It wasn't until I moved to Seattle to be with my parents esp my mom who was dying from cancer that we really started to bond. While my mom was lying in the hospital hours before she passed to told us that she wanted all of us siblings to stay close and take care of eachother. So after my mom passed I took the role of being her mom as well as her sister and let me tell you the two roles don't mix well at all. After my mom passed my sis went on her lil rebel streak and my dad would always come to me to help him out. Those times were difficult because it was hard to be strict with her, but I knew it was something that had to be done. So there were times were I almost beat her up :) but everytime I was about to hit her I pulled back and just start to cry. I dont know why but I just couldn't do it. I think that was my sisterly instincts kicking in. When we moved back to Utah she was the person that I could always call on if ever I needed anything. We would always take my boys out to do something fun almost everyday. We would go to lunch together, go to movies, and just hang out. She became my best friend and now that she's no longer here I'm missing her like crazy. We talk all the time and I'm still trying to convince her to move back but it's not working lol. I miss my friend, my sister, and my adopted daughter. I love you sissy and I hope you get sick of cali soon so you can move back to Boo-tah.
